The Atrada AG provides 24/7 support for your customers by the Atrada Service Desk. Thus our experts are immediately reachable at any time, without the detour through a preceding call centre. This guarantees a prompt reaction to occurring problems.

The Atrada Service Desk is available around the clock, seven days per week. It fixes technical malfunctions and can intervene in the application management. If required, an application developer and a database administrator are also available ad hoc.
