Within the scope of 'Managed eCommerce', the Atrada AG lends its customers the support of a fixed contact person during the project’s entire duration and in the phase of operating. This person takes the customer’s enquiries, formulates the order and assigns it to the respective expert. The contact person also actively informs about the current project stage, serves as an information bridge between the customer and the highly present Atrada expert team and sees to the meeting of deadlines and budgets.
